My Flat Selection Day....

todae is the day tat i chose my future flat... was quite nervous and excited..

I went to my niece hous early in the morning with my sister... around 11am, i took a train to toa payoh to meet hubby... had some disagreement in between but every wen smoothly...

Our queue number was G0312... With this queue number, it was considered lucky tat we are able to get chosen but it was tough for us to choose the flat we wan... by our turn, there was onli 130plus flat left to be chosen... we were considered lucky cos we manage to get a high rise flat but facing the road, carpark, light factories and Causeway Point... It is 22nd Floor!!

heez.. me and hubby was happy with the selection.. one worry is down... next is muz save money for our balance payment for our flat in case our loan doesn't help us to cover 90% of the flat amount... 4 months down the road.... 20.02.2009 should be the day we have to make our 5% downpayment plus conveyor fees and other miscellaneous fees..

It is not easy to buy a flat.. so many conditions and procedures to go through... financial is also another obstacles to go through.. luckily i have been workin part time tat has been contributing CPF... so our combined are enough.. Juz hope the project start soon... Hope tat our flat will be shortened down to 3 years... heez...

Next thing... I will be looking forward to my trip to Genting & KL from 07.11.08 to 11.11.08.... I will be going up with hubby on 07.11.08.. My first trip with hubby to overseas... den we will be meeting my family there as they are taking the morning bus from JB... heez...

Follow up by... Jasline's Birthday Celebration... My MJ Khakis gathering on 26.12.08 to 28.12.08... I am looking forward... it's been 2 years since I last saw them.. hopefully another holiday with my family and hubby... heez..

Time flies super duper fast.. another year will pass soon... shall update soon again..
